  • PAYMENT ONLY THROUGH PAYPAL, VGEN AND KO-FI*

  • PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE I START ANY WORK

  • My expected turnaround time is (at minimum) 4 weeks & might be altered based on the intricacy of the commission

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I resign my right to use the product of this commission commercially in any way other than requiring proper payment from client. However, I retain the right to display any images produced from this commission in any of my galleries, portfolios, and marketing efforts, excepting those under a particular privacy agreement previously discussed with client and those under signed Non Disclosure Agreement.The watermark in any images exchanged and produced during and from the development of this commission is not to be removed.The images and designs produced during and from the development of this commission or of any other piece of my body of work are in full, explicitly and unambiguously FORBIDDEN from:

  1. being included in any kind of data groups for training and/or any other Artificial Intelligence (AI) purposes.

  2. being used or distributed with means of profit, unless previously agreed to.

  3. being used in the direct, tangential, and/or conceptual creation and/or promotion of any products or services. However, commercial use is negotiable.

  4. (where commercial use has been acquired, client must sustain this use solely as discussed during the onboarding of the commission, never in ways not previously discussed and agreed upon by both client and artist)

- UPDATE STYLES -

I work with a SKEB ("surprise me") update style.This means there are no work in progress updates, but client gets a final revision for blatant character design mistakes.
